1. Credit delivery
The Starter pack is a US$4.99 one-time purchase for 6 credits, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Applicable tax may be added by Creem based on location; the checkout displays the final total before payment. Credits are added only after the Service validates the payment provider’s signed completion event. A browser success page alone does not grant credits. Test checkout uses simulated payment details and does not create a real charge.
2. Processing failures
Paid credits are reserved when processing begins. If the job reaches a final failure without delivering a result, the reservation is released automatically. Temporary authorization, upload, or validation errors do not consume paid credits.
3. Requesting a cash refund
Email support@matchafilterremover.net within 7 days of purchase with the account email, Creem order or checkout reference, purchase date, and reason. Do not send a card number or photo. We respond within 3 business days. An entirely unused Starter pack is generally eligible for a full refund during that period. Mandatory consumer rights may provide additional or longer remedies and remain unaffected.
4. Partial refunds and used credits
An approved full or partial refund revokes the corresponding credit value, rounded conservatively so refunded money does not leave more credit value than was paid for. Already consumed credits may reduce the refundable amount where permitted by law. Mandatory cancellation and consumer refund rights are not limited by this Policy.
5. Expiration, timing, and disputes
Unused credits expire 365 days after the most recent Starter purchase. Expiration is not a cash refund. All cash refunds and chargebacks are processed through Creem. We determine eligibility under this Policy and applicable law, while Creem may also issue a refund within its contractual or legal authority. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method, region, and financial institution. A chargeback or payment dispute immediately freezes paid processing and revokes the disputed pack's remaining credit value while it is reviewed. Access is restored only after a verified favorable final outcome; a lost dispute makes the revocation permanent.
