1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to Matcha Filter Remover (the “Service”). By using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any checkout disclosures shown to you.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service checks visible pixels for a supported green color cast. Low and Medium apply private browser-based correction. High may use an AI model to create a plausible AI-assisted edit. Availability, models, limits, and prices may change.
The Service does not identify a named TikTok filter, prove edit history or authenticity, recover an exact original, reveal hidden content, or guarantee preservation of faces, text, hands, logos, objects, or scene details.
3. Your images and permissions
You retain the rights you have in your image. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, transform, transmit to enabled processors, return, secure, troubleshoot, and delete the image solely to provide the requested Service and meet legal obligations.
- You own the image or have all permissions needed to upload and edit it.
- Every identifiable person has authorized the requested edit where authorization is required.
- Your image and use do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights.
- Your request complies with the Acceptable Use Policy. Consent or ownership never makes a categorically prohibited use permissible.
4. Results and your responsibility
AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or materially different from the input. You must review the full result before using or sharing it and clearly disclose material AI alteration where law or platform rules require it.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded image. Rights in an output depend on applicable law, the input, and model-provider terms; we do not promise exclusive ownership, copyright eligibility, non-infringement, or acceptance by another platform.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for access to your Google account and active Service session. Do not sell, transfer, or share an account or evade account, device, network, quota, payment, or safety controls. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
6. Free use and paid credits
- Low and Medium browser-local correction is free and does not require an account.
- A signed-in user may claim at most one free Nano Banana edit per account and device per UTC day while the daily, launch, and monthly promotional budgets remain available. Account, device, network, availability, and site-wide limits apply; free AI access is not guaranteed.
- The only launch offer is the Starter pack: US$4.99 as a one-time purchase for 6 credits, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Nano Banana Pro currently consumes 1 credit for a completed edit; GPT Image 2 High consumes 2. The checkout page identifies the payment provider and shows the final total before payment.
- Unused credits expire 365 days after the most recent Starter purchase. A later Starter purchase extends the expiration date of the account's remaining credits to 365 days after that purchase. The current expiration date is shown with the signed-in balance.
- Credits are a limited, revocable entitlement to eligible processing, not cash, stored value, cryptocurrency, or transferable property. They have no cash value except where a refund is required or approved.
- Credits are reserved when paid processing starts. Temporary safety-service or image-processing failures automatically release reserved credits. If the input or generated result is refused by automated safety checks, the selected credits are consumed and are not automatically returned. A successfully delivered result also consumes the stated credits even if you dislike the subjective quality.
7. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Contact support@matchafilterremover.net with the checkout email, order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send full card details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Approved full or partial refunds revoke the corresponding unused credit value. If credits were already consumed, the refundable amount may be reduced to the extent permitted by law.
- Provider or Service failure that produces no result returns the reserved credits automatically; this is not a cash refund. A content-safety refusal is enforcement of the Acceptable Use Policy rather than a provider failure and does not automatically return consumed credits.
- Refund timing depends on the payment provider used for the purchase, the payment method, and your financial institution.
- A dispute or chargeback may revoke related credits and suspend paid processing while it is reviewed.
8. Prohibited use and enforcement
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. AI inputs and outputs may be reviewed by automated safety systems. We may refuse, cancel, remove, limit, or suspend requests or access when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, fraud prevention, payment integrity, legal compliance, or reliable operation. We may preserve limited evidence or report content where required by law.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The Service and results are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, authenticity, originality, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and recovery of hidden or lost information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, reputation, opportunities, or business arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
11. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, when legally required, additional notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination ends access to active jobs and outputs but does not erase records that must be kept for payment, fraud, security, or legal reasons.
12. Governing rules and contact
